Make sure the server is not down. If it is due to an error, check your internet connection and delete the samp. Select the samp from the firewall and add it as trusted.
✅ Ensure the server address is correct.
✅ Check your internet connection and run SA:MP as an administrator.
✅ Allow SA:MP through your firewall and antivirus.
